How long does it take for my order to ship?

I try to ship your order as quickly as possible. Normally this takes 1-7 working days. Shipping with Deutsche Post can take 1-4 working days. Contact me if you have any questions about your order!

Are custom and personalized orders possible?

I’m always open to custom designs or personalized combinations of any kind! Just send me a message and describe your ideas and wishes. Then we can work together to see what’s possible :)

Can I add something to my order after it has been placed?

If your order has not yet been marked as shipped, you can simply place another order. When ordering for the second time, write in the comment field that the orders should be sent together and I will take care of the rest :o)

Can I also have my order sent to a Packing station?

Unfortunately, since I send my orders with Deutsche Post, this is not possible.

An item arrived damaged, what can I do?

Write to me and explain your request. Please send me a picture of the damage as well. I can then offer a way in which we can settle the deficiency. :)
