We offer various shipping options. To process your order, we also work together with the following service provider Post & DHL Versand (official), which supports us in whole or in part in the execution of concluded contracts.

Delivery and dispatch conditions

1. If the seller offers to dispatch the goods, delivery shall be made within the delivery area specified by the seller to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery address specified in the seller's order processing is decisive for the processing of the transaction. Notwithstanding this, if the payment method PayPal is selected, the delivery address provided by the customer to PayPal at the time of payment shall be decisive.

2. If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result. This does not apply with regard to the costs for the return shipment if the customer effectively exercises his right of cancellation. If the customer effectively exercises his right of cancellation, the provision in the seller's cancellation policy shall apply to the return costs.

3. If the customer acts as an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold goods passes to the customer as soon as the seller has delivered the goods to the carrier, freight forwarder, or any other person or institution designated to carry out the shipment. If the customer acts as a consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold goods generally passes to the customer only upon handover of the goods to the customer or to a person authorized to receive them. Deviating from this, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold goods also passes to the customer, even as a consumer, as soon as the seller has delivered the goods to the carrier, freight forwarder, or any other person or institution designated to carry out the shipment, provided that the customer has commissioned the carrier, freight forwarder, or other person or institution designated to carry out the shipment, and the seller has not previously named this person or institution to the customer.

4. The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of incorrect or improper self-delivery. This applies only if the non-delivery is not attributable to the seller and the seller has, with due care, entered into a specific covering transaction with the supplier. The seller will make all reasonable efforts to procure the goods. In the event of the unavailability or only partial availability of the goods, the customer will be informed without delay, and any payment already made will be refunded immediately.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If the delivery is delayed for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with a new estimated delivery date.
